Salmon is not the first time for me in conjunction with a cream cheese Almette / Ostrow. Because it is checked and delicious duo, accentuated by the mustard and herbs. Everything gives the creamy texture, perfect for sandwiches. I ate a few days in a row and I am not bored:)
Ingredients:
160 g smoked salmon in the piece
200 g Cream cheese or jogurtowego Almette
85 g mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard *
1 tablespoon fresh dill
2.5 tbsp thick chives and spring onions
a little lemon juice
salt, pepper
Performance:
For the preparation of the easiest to use a small mixer with the tip of the knife - then takes a few seconds to prepare.
Grind the salmon, add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly to a smooth paste, doprawiając lemon juice, salt and pepper. Insert a few hours in the refrigerator for flavors merged well.
You can store a few days in the refrigerator. I did on Saturday morning, I ate until Tuesday evening, inclusive.
* In the absence would give a little Dijon mustard and horseradish mustard normal
