50 dag chop
preferably with bacon
50 ml white wine
50 ml dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped onion spring onions in a straw
1 clove garlic
pinch (2 grams), anise
1 / 2 liter oil
sesame
salt
