Steamed Bacon

800 g lean,
raw bacon
1 head lettuce,
100 g of milled rice.
Marinade:
2 tablespoons liquid honey,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
2 tablespoons vodka
0.5 teaspoons seasoning "5 odors.


Description of preparation:
Bacon rinse in cold water, then dried. Cut across the grain into slices 1 cm thick, and those in squares of 4 cm. All marinade ingredients thoroughly mixed together. The mixture of marinated meat for 30 minutes. Wash the lettuce, drain and divide into individual leaves. On the very hot skillet brown (without fat) ground rice. Coat in the bacon pieces. Mesh to line the steamer leaves of lettuce. On them lay battered pieces of bacon. Steam cook for about 2 h. Serve hot, along with the lettuce leaves on which the bacon is cooked.
